Architectural Changes Application Packet If you are doing major work in your home, you must check in with the office. Read this document before you get work done.
Reasons include: (1) Work can only be done during regular workdays so that everyone can have nice evenings and weekends. (2) Gateview has quite a number of unusual architectural and maintenence features, so contractors are required to talk to our knowledgeable maintenence staff before beginning work. 8/11/21
Clubhouse Reservation Request This is the form that you need to fill out if you want to reserve the clubhouse. 8/15/21
Deliquent Accounts Policy Addendum This is a relatively new Board policy that explains that homeowners with deliquent accounts may have their cable connection cut. This encourages people to pay their dues, which helps Gateview stay financially healthy. 8/4/09
Facility Emergency Plan An Emergency Plan for Gateview. It has been approved by the Albany Fire Department, but not formally adopted by the Board, yet. 4/12/11

Certificate / Evidence of Insurance 2021 Our association's annual insurance coverage is explained in this document. Can be provided to your lendor when they request it from you. 8/15/21

Sun-Screen Standards Sun-Screens (often called "Mylar") are now allowed at Gateview, if you either get the recommended type, or you get a variance from the Architectural Committee. 8/4/09
